The operator behind the number.
Structorise is run as an engineering practice, not a creative shop. The work is systems: tracking, funnels, configurators, and campaigns, built to move one number.
A rescue that turned into a practice.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, the businesses my family had spent years building were close to going under. There was no budget to waste and no room to guess. I took over the marketing and rebuilt it end to end: the offer, the tracking, the funnels, the follow-up, the ads. Every dollar had to come back as revenue or it did not get spent.
It worked. The businesses held on, then grew. That pressure taught the whole method. When survival is the goal, you engineer the entire path from click to closed deal and measure everything to revenue, because there is nothing spare to lose — the lessons you only learn when a real business is on the line.
One owner told another, and the work spread across US construction, legal, staffing, and restricted ecommerce. Different buyers, different rules, same discipline. Structorise is that method, run for businesses where one customer is worth thousands and the number has to be right.
Five things this practice is built on.
- 01
The click is the cheapest part of the funnel to fix and the only part most agencies touch.
- 02
A lead answered in 5 minutes is a different asset than the same lead answered in 5 hours.
- 03
Platform-reported ROAS is a sales pitch from the platform. Profit is measured elsewhere.
- 04
A form is an interrogation; a calculator is a conversation.
- 05
If it isn't measured to revenue, it's a hobby.
Four conditions, set before we start.
Three-month minimums
Structure takes a quarter to compound. Anything shorter measures noise.
One accountable number
Defined in week one. Every decision after that is judged against it.
Data access is a condition
Read access to accounts, analytics, and tracking. Without it, the work is guesswork.
Comfortable saying no
If the math does not work or the product cannot be advertised, we say so before you spend.
